As part of a documentary feature about the discovery and history behind Mars, as seen from Earth. This science animation details the timeline dating back hundreds of years to present day showing what we knew then and how it compares with our current knowledge. The animation was timed to a voice track and rendered in a flat large canvas 3d style using Afer Effects.
